# AiCleanerPro Cloud — Google Photos Duplicate Finder

AiCleanerPro Cloud is a free web tool (early access) that uses AI to find and delete duplicate photos, blurry images, old screenshots, and large files in your Google Photos library — without paying for a Google One storage upgrade.

## The Problem

Google One storage fills up fast. Google Photos is usually the biggest culprit: burst sequences, WhatsApp re-saves, photos that exist in both Google Photos and Google Drive, 4K videos. Google's answer is always "buy more storage." There's another option: clean what you have.

The average Google Photos user has 15–25% duplicate or near-duplicate content. On a 50 GB library, that's 7–12 GB of recoverable storage — often enough to stay on the free 15 GB tier and avoid paying $35.88/year for the 100 GB plan.

## How It Works

1. **Connect your Google account** — OAuth read-only access. The tool cannot modify anything without your explicit confirmation.
2. **AI scans thumbnails** — Perceptual hashing and visual embeddings group duplicates, similar photos, blurry shots, screenshots, and large files. Full-resolution originals are never downloaded.
3. **Review results by category** — The AI marks the best copy in each duplicate group.
4. **Confirm deletions** — Deleted items go to Google Photos' 30-day trash. Nothing is permanently gone until you empty it.

- Exact duplicates (same photo in multiple locations)
- Near-duplicates (burst sequences, bracket shots, WhatsApp re-saves)
- Blurry and out-of-focus photos
- Similar screenshots (app screenshots, notification captures)
- Duplicate videos
- Large files sorted by size

## Privacy

- Read-only OAuth — cannot delete without your confirmation
- Thumbnail scanning only — full-resolution photos are never accessed
- No photo content stored on external servers
- Revoke access anytime from myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps
