## How It Works

1. Connect your Google account (read-only OAuth — the tool cannot modify anything without your explicit confirmation)
2. The AI scans thumbnails — never full-resolution photos — using perceptual hashing and visual embeddings
3. Results are grouped by category: exact duplicates, similar photos, blurry shots, duplicate videos, screenshots, large files
4. Review each group. The AI marks the best copy to keep
5. Confirm what to delete. Deleted items go to Google Photos' 30-day trash — nothing is permanently gone until you empty it
