Privacy Policy

google.aicleanerpro.app is currently a waitlist and information site. It does not request access to your Google account, does not read your Google Photos or Google Drive, and processes no photo or video data. The only personal data it collects is an email address, and only if you choose to submit one.
What this site does today
AiCleanerPro Cloud has not launched. This site publishes guides about Google Photos and Google Drive cleanup and collects email addresses from people who want to be told when the product is available. There is no sign-in, no connected account, and no scanning of any kind.
We are stating this explicitly because the pages on this site describe what the product is designed to do, and that could reasonably be read as describing what is running today. It is not. Nothing on this domain currently touches a Google account.
Data we collect
Three categories, described in full:
- Your email address, if you submit the waitlist form. It is stored on our server and also sent to our own support inbox as a signup notification, along with your position in the list and the time you signed up. We do not ask for your name, and we do not collect anything else from that form.
- Site analytics. We use PostHog to record page views and on-page interaction events so we can see which guides people find useful. This is standard product analytics and is not linked to your waitlist email address.
- Standard server and font requests. Like any website, our host processes the technical details of your request. This site also loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google receives your IP address and user agent, exactly as it does on any site using web fonts.
Data we do not collect
No photos. No videos. No thumbnails. No file names, metadata, or storage statistics from any cloud account. No Google account identifiers, no OAuth tokens, and no passwords — we never see a Google password under any circumstances, now or later, because Google never shares one with third-party applications.
We do not run advertising, we do not embed third-party advertising or cross-site tracking pixels, and we do not operate a cookie consent banner because we are not setting the kind of cookies that would require one.
Who we share data with
Your email address is handled by us and by the service that delivers our email notifications. Analytics events are processed by PostHog. Our hosting provider processes requests to serve the site. Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions.
We do not sell your data, we do not rent or trade it, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. We do not use data collected here to train machine-learning models. If we are ever legally compelled to disclose something, we will do so only to the extent required.
How long we keep it
Waitlist email addresses are kept until the product launches and you have been invited, or until you ask us to delete yours — whichever comes first. There is no automatic expiry, so if you want your address removed before then, email us and we will remove it.
Analytics data is retained under our analytics provider's standard retention settings for the plan we are on.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to our processing it. Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason to be removed, and we will not ask for one.
If you are in the UK, EU, or another region with equivalent data protection law, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Google API Services User Data Policy
AiCleanerPro Cloud does not currently request or receive any information from Google APIs on a user's behalf. When it does, AiCleanerPro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This policy will be updated before any Google account connection goes live, to document the specific scopes requested, the reason each one is needed, what is read, what is transmitted, what is stored, and for how long. You will always be able to revoke an application's access to your Google account from your Google Account permissions page.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted an email address, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when what we do changes, and we will change the date at the top. Material changes — particularly the introduction of Google account access — will be described here before they take effect.

What personal data does this site collect?
One thing, and only if you submit it: the email address you enter in the waitlist form. Do you sell my data or use it to train AI models?
No. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use anything collected here to train machine-learning models. It is used to contact you about early access and nothing else.
How do I get my email removed from the waitlist?
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask for removal. We will delete the record and confirm. You do not need to give a reason.
Will this policy change when the product launches?
Yes. When AiCleanerPro Cloud begins requesting Google account access, this policy will be updated before that launch to document the exact scopes requested, what is read, what is stored, and for how long. Material changes will be posted on this page.
